Cassidy is a volleyball player that came to the office to seek help for her lower back pain. Her issue began after sustaining a lower back injury during a workout session. Thinking that it was just a muscle injury, she decided to give it time to heal but the pain progressively became worse. It affected her quality of life so much that she couldn’t breathe, sit or do any normal activities - especially play volleyball without experiencing the shooting pain in her back. Now she is back to her normal active life, hiking, kayaking and playing volleyball - which is the sport that she loves.
